- All booked sessions are non-refundable once completed
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance
Late cancellations or no-shows:
- May result in a full charge with no refund
3. Digital Products
For any digital products (e.g., guides, programs, downloadable content):
- All sales are final and non-refundable
- Once access is granted, no refund will be issued
4. Physical Products
If physical products are sold:
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
Non-returnable items:
- Opened or used products
- Personalized/custom items
